1. Place the transmitter in the wheelbarrow.
2. Set the banner announcing “Radio-Barrow 100.9 fm” on the wheelbarrow.
3. Plug the mic and the mixer in the transmitter, and connect to portable battery.
4. During rush hours, patrol the downtown district, dressed as a radio host, while broadcasting live street radio.
For three consecutive days, multidisciplinary artist Paul Bossé hosted a travelling radio-show throughout the downtown core. Equiped with a radio station retrofitted into a common garden wheelbarrow, Paul Bossé hosted an interactive radio program, reading poetry and interviewing pedestrians in downtown Moncton, between musical interludes.
Radio-Barrow was on air November 7, 8 and 9 2007.
